Trustee illness once again affected development of activities during the year.

The “Twissle Times”, a quarterly newsletter continued to assist members with new developments in genealogy. Useful educational articles from TT continue to be placed on the open website.

Information and assistance worldwide continued to be offered on the well-used EFHA Facebook page and informative interaction with other genealogy groups took place where interests coincided.

The Research Co-ordinator reports continued requests for advice and assistance, mostly from non-members. The BBC programme, “Who Do You Think You Are” has also sought information from her.

The website continues to be well-used with the ever-increasing number of articles aimed at enabling research and providing advice worldwide.

There was a small reduction in paid memberships this year, as other similar organisations have found. In our case this could have been exacerbated by a glitch, probably caused by an automated update, which rendered our PayPal link inoperative for a few weeks.
