## **Annual Report 2024** 

- Trustee illness once again affected development of activities during the year. 

- The “Twissle Times”, a quarterly newsletter continued to assist members with new developments in genealogy. Useful educational articles from TT continue to be placed on the open website. 

- Information and assistance worldwide continued to be offered on the well-used EFHA Facebook page and informative interaction with other genealogy groups took place where interests coincided. 

- The Research Co-ordinator reports continued requests for advice and assistance, mostly from non-members. The BBC programme, “Who Do You Think You Are” has also sought information from her. 

- The website continues to be well-used with the ever-increasing number of articles aimed at enabling research and providing advice worldwide. 

- There was a small reduction in paid memberships this year, as other similar organisations have found. In our case this could have been exacerbated by a glitch, probably caused by an automated update, which rendered our PayPal link inoperative for a few weeks.
