The Food Bank benefits women by providing
them with their traditional food, thereby
relieving hunger and poverty. The key work
sessions helped to improve the mental
health of women. The Cooking Club
provided them with life skills to prepare
healthy meals on a low budget and to
choose healthy meals for themselves and
their families. The Community Engagement
forum enabled women to share experiences
and learn from others.

The cooking sessions provides opportunities for women from different ethnic backgrounds to meet and interact, thereby reducing isolation and loneliness.
