## **Achievements and Performance**

Consequently, this will reduce the pressure on the benefits systems. The sessions also improved the mental well- being of women. Our Cooking Club equips beneficiaries with the skills to cook and eat healthily for life. Beneficiaries learn how to prepare healthy meals on a small budget. The cooking sessions provides opportunities for women from different ethnic backgrounds to meet and interact, thereby reducing isolation and loneliness. 

The Community Engagement day allowed women to come together to discuss 



challenges and map out the way forward.
