Missionaries of Apostolic Grace will be helping to build houses for the homeless, community rehabilitation process, helping people to generate suitable income for poor, promoting environmental sustainable activities etc. The public and community groups will be accessed, encouraging participation in the activities of the Charity. Missionaries of Apostolic Grace achieves this by supporting existing NGO’s, schools of social work and other similar Non-governmental organisations that do direct work and outreach programmes for the identified service users. Tithe will be working in partnership with the existing community based organisations who share and promotes similar principles. Missionaries of Apostolic Grace mainly receives referrals through various organisations and individuals who share similar frame of mind i.e. support one another. Once a referral is received, Missionaries of Apostolic Grace invites an application from the potential service user along with a detailed description of their needs and two reliable references (from a representative from the local governing body and from an organisation working for the upliftment of the vulnerable). Board of trustees carefully consider each application to match the objects of Missionaries of Apostolic Grace and subject them to a due diligence test with the support of community development organisations, schools of social work etc. Once approved, the service user will be contacted in person by the chair of Missionaries of Apostolic Grace agreeing the grant considering individual circumstances. The grant will be payable through cheques. Tithe may also grant one off payments in special circumstances such as bereavement. Each of the selected application are assigned to a member of the board of trustees, who will be in touch and obtaining regular updates and half yearly reports of their work making sure that the grant is utilised for public benefit . Board of trustees examine such reports during their monthly meetings. Missionaries of Apostolic Grace analyses each case and decides continuing the support in the Annual General Meeting.
