Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:(1) To Advance Education For The Benefit Of The General Public By Means Of, But Not Exclusively, The Provision Or The Assistance In The Provision Of Educational Activities And Facilities, Such As A Supplementary School And Language Classes For The Benefit Of Said Persons.(2) To Relieve Sickness And To Preserve Good Health Among Persons In Need, By Means Of, But Not Exclusively, The Provision Or Assistance In The Provision Of Counselling And Good Health Awareness Workshops For The Benefit Of The Said Persons.(3) To Provide Or Assist In The Provision Of Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Financial Hardship Or Social Circumstances With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.nothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable.
