Objects: To Promote The Preservation Of Mental Health In Blackpool And To Assist In Relieving And Rehabilitating Persons Suffering From Mental Disorder Or Conditions Of Emotional Or Mental Distress Through The Provision Of Support, Education, Advocacy And Practical Advice.
