Malor Athlevemerts WW23 The past year has been a period of significant achievements: "Al Bunnles" and Al Tools: Launched on Christmas Day 2022. our new Artiftlal Intelligence IAII enquiry fxilty- Al Bunnies- can manage up to 120 queries a minute and takes Ltsers to $18nificant parts of the knowledge banks that are r￿t fully utilised. In March 2023 we launched an Al tool for bid writing and in lune 2023 we Introduced a ChatGPT interface. We expect to continue to develop Al too15 during the next two year5, including an Al concierge service. Our plan to be a sector leader in the use of Al in the charity settor is delivering significant beneftts to charitles. We wlll continue to develop and roll outAI tools. providin8 acces5 to our own Al services, allowin8 Others to delNer e-services, and potentially spinning off or co- cre3t*ng with others. UK Wide C￿rIty Data Network: We are currentty bulldlng a far more powerful principal dashboard for deployment in 2024. This will enable us to exploit the master data Set far more effettively, and will also give principal system5 to large charities, grant makers, groups of charitie5 and more. Al Contierge Ser¥ice: We plan gradually to bring other provider5 into the system, using Al to grow our reach and to mi¥ratt our remaining 5VStem5 to Al to create ourAI Concier8e Service Thi5 will help to create a single 8ateway to the sertor for anyone wanting to Ljse charity servrces.
