ESTYN is led by the Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales and inspects quality and standards in education. Lle'chi has not received an inspection as of yet, but will be in the next year, and every four years after that. Lle'chi provides morning and aftemoon education and flying start sessions throughout the week, and lunchlime childcare session, during temi time for the public tsenefit. The Cylch follows the Curriculum for Wales Foundation phase and it provides this exclusively through the medium of Welsh. The Cylch Meithrin is accessible for all children between 2 and 4 years in the Blaenau Ffesliniog area and these children, and their families. therefore are the beneficiaries of this charity. The truslees have due regard lo the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit and understand the charity s purposes as set out in rts governing document.
