I report to the trustees on my exarnination of the accounts of the above
charity (Ihe CIO'I for the year ended 31. March 2025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the CIO. you are responsible for the preparation of
basis of report Ihe accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the CIO'S accounls carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)Ib) of the Act.
I have completed my examinalion. I confimi that no material matters have
come lo my attention in connection wilh the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in. any material respect..

Lle'chi is govemed by the Care Inspectrot of Wales (CIW) and is
inspected by them every tsvo years.
Lle'chi is govemed by ESTYN. ESTYN is led by the Chief Inspector of
Education and Training in Wales and inspects quality and standards in
education. Lle'chi has not received an inspection as of yet, but will be in
the next year, and every four years after that.

The aim of the CIO Is promoting Welsh-mediLrm education for pre-school
children in Blaenau Ffesliniog area_

Lle'chi provides morning and aftemoon education and flying start
sessions throughout the week, and lunchlime childcare session, during
temi time for the public tsenefit. The Cylch follows the Curriculum for
Wales Foundation phase and it provides this exclusively through the
medium of Welsh. The Cylch Meithrin is accessible for all children
between 2 and 4 years in the Blaenau Ffesliniog area and these children,
and their families. therefore are the beneficiaries of this charity.
The truslees have due regard lo the guidance issued by the Charity
Commission on public benefit and understand the charity s purposes as
set out in rts governing document. The trustees ensure thal the charity
has adequate future plans that ensures it continues lo meet its objectives
as set out above
