NOTE 1 - Cheque #000013 was issued in February 2020 in favour of British Cycling for £210.00 for fees arising from their support of the BHVB Cycling Challenge 2019. The cheque has not been cleared through the bank and has been recorded as a liability for 5 years. If the cheque were now to be presented for payment, BHVB's bank would seek approval to honour the payment from BHVB's Trustees. It is therefore agreed by the BHVB Trustees (in approving this Statement of Annual Accounts) that the £210.00 liability should now be accounted as valid charity funds and remain so until such time as further action/decision is required. To maintain visibility (aide memoire and for future Trustees), this note shall continue to form part of the Statement of Annual Accounts until such time as it can be deleted.
