VPCA manages not only the Community Centre, local magazine (Valley Park Voicel but empli)ys a Centre Manager, Community Engagernent Coordinator, Caretaker and Cteaner. The Community Engagement Coordinator role has allowed the provision of è Community Summer Fa￿e, Litter Pickin& Halloween Events. Christmas Fay￿ and Santa's Workshops. Thi5 publication produces ten editions per year in both hard and elertronic copy to ensure indu5ion to all beneficiaries. We are holdtng our first AGM in accordance with our Constitution on 28 February 2023. We have started a membership scheme. Our financial situatlon has stabilised allowing us to make and plan future improvements to the Centre. The main sources of unrestricted fjJnds during the year were Hiring, AthertiSin8 in the Valley Park Voice magazine and event fvndraising. Advertising in the Voice and running of events has bolstered our finanaal p051tion allowin8 US to plan for future improvements to the Centre. Plannir% will take place in the next finanaal year followin8 the AGM and inststement of the Committee.
