In our view. the band has met all objeciives and in many respects we have acliieved perlonniince well in excess of those objectives. 2. Our view is evidenced by., a. Many concerts diirinL the reporting year, both tlie Silver Band, Trainingi Band and joint bands, with a total audience estlmated to be in excess of Several thousand. b. Two bands Iroiii CSB allended Ihc Wcsl of Enb?land RLgiional Contcsl iii MarLI), and IIIL Silver Band att¢nded the local Wychavon Festival of Brass Contest in October. c. The Silver Band rel)earses twice a w¢¢k ihroughout ihe year. d. We ¢onfirn]ed our commitmenl to providing learner luition. boih in g)roups and as individuals, tlvougli ihc establishment of a weekly Learner Band rehearsal on Monday evenin&y. roiilincly attended by a dozen or more members. e. People of all ages joining the band to learn to play. we have n¢w memb¢rs still at Primary school and others who are of rclirement agc. f. Training b41nd reh¢arse each Friday evening where possible- often with up to 30 players in a licarsal.

ChelierttRm Silver Band adopted a constitution that tneets all th¢ guidelines given by the Charities Commission when it registered as a Charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) on 3, June 2021. 2.
