Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end of the period Para 1.21 The total cholr funds stood at £63,365 which included the General fund of £47,883, and designated funds for future projects comprising Special concerts of £9,317, and Tour and Recording of£6,165. Activities during ihe year had added to Ihe choir's funds by £4,731 and the bustees conslder that the choir is in a good Position financially to fulfil its aims and objectives for the comin season. The choir has a policy of holding reserves equivalent to 12 months concert plus fixed overhead costs. This represents mitigation of the costs of putting on concerts even wilh no concert income. Responsibilities and basis of report As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act"). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
