You have approved the financial information for the year ended 15 March 2025 and have acknowledged your responsibility for it, for the appropriateness of the accounting basis and for providing all information and explanations necessary for its compilation.

As explained more fully in the Statement of Trustees’ Responsibilities, the trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts and for being satisfied that they give a true and fair view. We have not verified the accuracy or completeness of the accounting records or information and explanations you have given to me, and I do not, therefore, express any opinion on the financial information.

1 Accounting policies
Basis of preparation
The financial statements have been prepared in compliance with FRS 102. ‘The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland’, the Statement of Recommended Practice applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland (FRS 102) (Charities SORP (FRS 102) and the Charities Act 2011.
Turnover
Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers.
