						Bishop's Waltham Youth Hall charity (charity no. 301746)and	Bishop'	s
						Waltham Youth Club (a voluntary organisation).
						The Youth Trust assumed responsibility for Bishop's Waltham	Youth	Club
						on 1 August 2021. Steps are in progress to transfer the assets	ofthe
						Youth Hall charity to the Youth Trust. The Youth Hall charity will then		be
						dissolved.
						This report covers the period to 31 December 2021,the Youth	Trust's
						financial year end date.

						Manager who had previously been seconded to us by Youth Options
						~ Fundraising events, grants and donations have substantially	paid	for
						Youth Club trips including a Bushcraft event in August and	a
						pantomime at the Mayflower Theatre in December.
						The Trustees have continued discussions with a developer with a view to
						redeveloping the Malt Lane site, where the current Youth Hall is located,
						to provide a modern community and youth hall. Planning permission		for
						the development was agreed in August 2021 and it is hoped that work on
						the new youth hall will commence in 2022.
