We continued our support to the local community responding to incidents acros5 the county {Surrey) and neighbouring counties including London and Sussex. We onboarded a new intske of volunteers at the end of 2021 and have bolstered our active members, enabling us to maintain a high level of operational responsiveness to callouts. We also trained 4 new Team leaders in-house. Continuing to seek feedback on training. We saw operational incidents increase in the Tnonths of March and May quite significantly in 2022. Then there was a significant downwards trend over the summer months. before a marked spike in callouts and incident hours in September and October. This shows the potential for a Irend to be identified with our operational activities that during ihe autumnal and winter months we are called on more.
