TAR
l?rrh 2012

We continued our support to the local community responding to incidents
acros5 the county {Surrey) and neighbouring counties including London
and Sussex.
We onboarded a new intske of volunteers at the end of 2021 and have
bolstered our active members, enabling us to maintain a high level of
operational responsiveness to callouts. We also trained 4 new Team
leaders in-house. Continuing to seek feedback on training.
We saw operational incidents increase in the Tnonths of March and May
quite significantly in 2022. Then there was a significant downwards trend
over the summer months. before a marked spike in callouts and incident
hours in September and October. This shows the potential for a Irend to
be identified with our operational activities that during ihe autumnal and
winter months we are called on more.
Summary of the main
activities undertaken for the
public benefit in relation to
these objects (Include withln
this section the statutory
declaration that trustees have
had regard to the guidance
issued by the Charity
Commission on public
benefit)
Surrey SAR'S trustees confirm they have complied with their duty to have
due regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the charity
commission in exercising their powers or duties.
