We are on a mission to equip and empower a new generation of diverse talent for UK agencies; giving the most promising people living in disadvantaged communities fair access to creative careers, and helping to close the diversity gap in the UK's creative industry.

Objects: The Object Of The CIO Is:for The Public Benefit, To Educate And Advance In Life Children And Young People (up To The Age Of 30) In And Around London Who Are From Socially And/or Economically Disadvantaged Backgrounds, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Religion, By Encouraging, Nurturing And Developing Their Creative Talent, In Particular Through The Provision Of Resources And Learning, Development And Mentoring Opportunities In Creative Skills Designed To Support Their Entry Into Careers In The Creative Industries (including But Without Limitation Advertising, Digital, Design, Marketing).
