UK for UNHCR fundraises on behalf of the UNHCR in order to support their assistance programmes, including promoting awareness, encouraging the advancement of education for and social inclusion, for the relief and protection of refugees, asylum seekers, internally displaced and stateless persons.

Objects: I. The Relief Of Refugees, Asylum Seekers, Internally Displaced Persons And Stateless Persons By Raising Funds In The United Kingdom In Support Of Such Of Unhcr's Protection And Assistance Programmes As Are Regarded As Charitable Under English Law.ii. The Advancement Of Education, And The Awareness Of The Public In General, About The Situation And The Needs Of Refugees, Asylum Seekers, Internally Displaced Persons And Stateless Persons Worldwide.iii. The Promotion Of Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit In The UK And Worldwide By Preventing Refugees, Asylum Seekers, Internally Displaced Persons And Stateless Persons From Becoming Socially Excluded, And By Relieving The Needs Of Those Refugees, Asylum Seekers, Internally Displaced Persons And Stateless Persons Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society.for The Purpose Of This Clause, "stateless Person" Has The Meaning Given To IT In Article 1 Of The 1954 UN Convention Relating To The Status Of Stateless Persons And "socially Excluded" Means Being Excluded From Society, Or A Part Of Society, As A Result Of One Or More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment; Financial Hardship; Ill Health (mental Or Physical); Discrimination On The Grounds Of Actual Or Perceived Ethnic Origin, Religion, Belief, Creed, Race, Disability, Gender Identity, Sex, Or Sexuality; Poor Educational Or Skills Attainment; Relationship And Family Breakdown; Poor Housing (that Is Housing That Does Not Meet Basic Habitable Standards); Substance Abuse Or Dependency; Or Crime.
