Section D Achievements and performance Following fundraising in the previous year, Coleman Lodge has become Summary of the main viable for community activities. Over May 2022 to May 2023, a number of achievements of the charity community groups have regular, established activities that are offered during the year and CCA itself delivers some of those activities. This has included: - Establishment of a food bank - Art and craft sessions - Youth clubs - Prayer facilities - Day classes for adults - Tutoring sessions - Toddler groups - Baby massage - Fundraising for other charities Section E Financial review CCA has a lease agreement for Coleman Lodge for 5 years with Brief statement of the estimated operating costs of £15,000 per annum. CCA will seek to charity’s policy on reserves maintain a reserve of £7,500 to accommodate a notice period of 6 months for operating Coleman Lodge.
