Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Area: For The Public Benefit, The Advancement And Protection Of Good Health Of People In The Sudan, In Particular But Not Exclusively By Helping To Protect The Public Against The Spread Of Covid Infection By Providing Vaccine, Protective Equipment, Treatment Equipment, Medicines, And Contributing To The Operational Costs.b: The Relief Of Poverty With Particular Emphasis On People Living In Deprived Poor Rural Areas In The Sudan By Providing For Them Access To Safe And Clean Water By Providing Sources Of Water In The Locality For The Public Benefit.c: For The Public Benefit, The Advancement Of Education Of Primary And Secondary School Pupils In The Sudan With Particular Emphasis On Deprived Urban And Poor Rural Areas And Children With Special Needs By The Provision Of An Attractive Educational Environment For Pupils And Teachers. The Attractive Environment Will Be Provided By: 1: Safe Buildings 2: Offices And Accommodation For Teachers And Pupil Accommodation For Boarding Schools 3: Safe Sanitation Facilities 4: Provision Of Theatre And Sport Facilities 5: Encouragement Of Gardening 6: Provision Of School Breakfast In Poor And Deprived Areas 7: Provision Of School Books And Uniform For Children Of Poor Background 8: Helping In School Health Programmesnothing In This Constitution Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The CIO For The Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With [Section7ofthecharitiesandtrusteeinvestment(scotland)act2005] And [Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008].
