Para 1.21 | During fiscal year 2024, Icane received £5445 in funding from grants and donations. The charities grantors were Dacorum Council. Funding from grantors was primarily used to have drums made and transported from Ghana, studio use and lessons. All expenses were used to deliver key events throughout the year |

Icane will also continue to maintain a modest reserve for unexpected expenses. It should be noted, the charity does not have any non-cash assets that require funding or accumulates large expenses that have not already been match funded with specific grants received. The charity does not maintain a formal reserve policy, but a reserve will be maintained each year which is appropriately sized for the charities current and expected cost base in the preceding financial year. |
