STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
The Charity is constituted under a deed of declaration dated 16 March 2021. It is currently governed by 4 Trustees who meet together twice per year formally and at other times as required.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
We have vesting agreements in place to transfer the assets and funds of The Loughborough New Frontiers Church – The Well (Charity 1109526) to this CIO and we will commence operating on 1 January 2022.
During this financial period there have been no transactions or use of this CIO due to changes within the church structure, Covid and the difficulty in opening a bank account.
