It is currently governed by 4 Trustees who meet together twice per year formally and at other times as required. ## **ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE** We have vesting agreements in place to transfer the assets and funds of The Loughborough New Frontiers Church – The Well (Charity 1109526) to this CIO and we will commence operating on 1 January 2022. During this financial period there have been no transactions or use of this CIO due to changes within the church structure, Covid and the difficulty in opening a bank account.
