Para 1.20 | The CIO has achieved the successful operation of boxing and fitness classes for women. The classes have been held weekly and have been consistent throughout the year. The number of participants has grown throughout the year which has led to more classes being run. The charity has added further fitness classes such as basketball. The intended beneficiaries of the CIO have increased their involvement with the classes and the relationships within the beneficiary and wider community has been positive. |
