Para 1.20 The CIO has achieved the successful operation
of boxing and fitness classes for women. The
classes have been held weekly and have been
consistent throughout the year. The number of
participants has grown throughout the year
which has led to more classes being run. The
charity has added further fitness classes such
as basketball. The intended beneficiaries of the
CIO have increased their involvement with the
classes and the relationships within the
beneficiary and wider community has been
positive.

Para 1.21 The CIO received donations and fundraising
income of £117,281 during the year. The costs
of the CIO for the year were for the operation
of the free boxing, basketball and fitness
classes, fundraising expenses and the
management of the CIO. The costs for the year
amounted to £74,261. The funds held by the
CIO as at 31 March 2023 was £84,900.
