Transactions with trustees and related parties
There were no trustees employed by the Charity during the period. The Charity engaged one Trustee, Mr Syed Sarwar for bookkeeping services and additional administration work beyond the scope of Trusteeship. Payments to Mr Syed Sarwar during the period totalled £2,500. The transaction was at arms length.
The Charity engaged the services of Ms Luul Ali, who is related to one of the Trustees, Ms Ramla Ali, to undertake administrative work on behalf of the Charity. Payments made to Ms Luul Ali during the period totalled £7,275. The transaction was at arms length.
