Other Achievements and Performance SORP referen The club has an all year round inclusive tennis programme for young people with disabilities, run in conjunction with Tennis Able. The club provides weekly ball games sessions on the indoor courts to a local school for children with complex needs. The sessions provide a fun, stimulating and safe environment for the children to exercise, work on hand eye coordination skills and work as a team. The club provides squash group coaching sessions for females aimed at encouraging the participation of adult females who would traditionally not be attracted to the sport. In conjunction with our coaching partners, the club provides junior coaching for tennis and squash that aims to accommodate all young people - group coaching, one to one coaching, taster sessions, drop in sessions in schools. The club provided its facilities free of charge to Norfolk Squash to encourage participation rates in squash in the local area. Financial Review Review of the charity's financial position at the end of the period Para 1.21 The club is in a solid financial position with income rising and costs under control. Participation numbers are increasing across all sports and we are forecasting this to continue through the next year. The aim is to reinvest in the club infrastructure, offer more flexible memberships and pay and play sessions and invest in opportunities to widen our appeal. We hold reserves to have financial resilience should unforeseen issues arise, the reserves would allow the club to continue to function. We add to the reserves on a monthly basis.
