Promote participation in aquatics and increase confidence in swimming by Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities, removing barriers to inclusion. Enable greater diversity across the aquatic sector, and increase awareness of water safety and of swimming as a life saving skill, ensuring that opportunities within swimming and aquatics are open and accessible to all communities.

Objects: For The Public Benefit:to Promote Community Participation In Aquatics Amongst Bame Communities (Black, Asian And Minority Ethnics), By Such Means As The Trustees From Time To Time Think Fit, Including, But Not Limited To:(a) Raising Public Awareness Around Water Safety And Highlighting The Value Of Swimming As An Essential Life Saving Skill; And(b) Supporting Opportunities That Make Aquatics More Accessible For Bame Communities.
