(ii) to establish or secure the establishment of a community centre (hereinafter called 'the centre') and to maintain and manage the same (whether alone or in co-operation with any local authority or person or body) in furtherance of these objects. |

Para 1.20 | Our charity has enabled the continuation of the facilities for use by the community. Supporting activities for a wide range of groups from a broad age demographic (Newborn to 90+). In addition, the facility has supported a range of cultural activities including but not limited to choral singing, drama and art. The charity has also improved the open space creating a community facility that is open to the wider public to be used for recreation. |

Para 1.21 | The charity retains its financial position with circa £35k in reserve. Operationally the charity has made a small loss over the year, mainly due to high energy costs and the additional grounds maintenance cost to improve the open space. |
