Financial Review

Review of the charity’s
financial position at the end
of the period
Para 1.21 During this period the charity’s income
marginally exceeded its expenditure.
Cash funds stood at just over £10000
which is slightly in excess of our
reserves policy. Non-cash assets
consist mainly of the club layouts,
which are hard to value as the market
for large layouts is miniscule.
Statement explaining the
policy for holding reserves
stating why they are held
Para 1.22 The trustees have determined that
reserves should be held sufficient to
cover twice our annual running costs,
excluding expenditure on layouts. This
is to ensure continuity should we lose
the license to use our current premises.
Amount of reserves held Para 1.22 £8995
Reasons for holding zero
reserves
Para 1.22 n/a
Details of fund materially in
deficit
Para 1.24 None.

uncertainties about the
charity continuing as a going
concern
