Colchester Pride will provide regular events and support to the LGBTQ community in Colchester. We will hold an annual festival style event and smaller ancilliary events throughout the year. Through our activities, we aim to educate, entertain and empower.

Objects: 3.1 The Promotion Of Equality And Diversity For The Public Benefit By:(a) Staging An Annual LGBTQ+ Festival And Smaller Events Throughout The Year(b) The Elimination Of Discrimination On The Grounds Of Race, Gender, Disability, Sexual Orientation Or Religion;(c) Advancing Education And Raising Awareness In Equality And Diversity;(d) Promoting Activities To Foster Understanding Between People From Diverse Backgrounds;(e) Cultivating A Sentiment In Favour Of Equality And Diversity 3.2 To Further Such Other Charitable Purposes (Which Are Charitable Under The Law Of England And Wales) As The Trustees May From Time To Time Determine Through The Awarding Of Grants.
