The trustees have adopted the provisi0r of the Statement of Recommended Practice - ISORP FRS 102) and The Charities Act 2011. The charity has referred to ts guidance in the Charity Commission's general guidance on public beneffts when reviewing the aim and objectives and in planning the charity's future activtlies. In particular, the trustees consider how planned activities will contribute to the aims and objectives set. Structure. The trustees have undertaken a full risk a88888ment of the organisation and have introduced variou8 key controls. These control8 are vieWed annually. The trustees are sati$fJed that the major risks identified have been adequately mitigated where necessary. Various community activities are planned and held- such as older person's social events, Citizenship classes, pastoral care serViS and celebrating all Chri6tian festivals. Funds reiVed for Specffic projects are posted to the r8stri¢ted fund8 and the chanty applies the resources in accordance with the rule8 relating to Ihat specific fund. However, the trustees are allowed to transfer the funds from specific funds to general funds in case where Ihe tharty could not find any relevant projeds to finance. or it 18 not PO88ible to get a reliable organisation to monitor the project.
