On the servlce front our work has con￿ntsed to grow, wtth a balance betsveen support to indrviduals, wider awareness raising and training in the community. We have seen a noticeab increase In domestic abuse and immrgration cases which are frequentty very complex in nature. l-l casework support has benefrtted from introdudng a JiAG rating System to manage volumes and need. ESOL (Engllsh for Speaker5 of Other Languages) demand has also continued to ncrease to six classes per week WTth nine students per dass split be￿een beginners and Intermediates. Intematlonal Women's Day. A very successful PRIDE march and celebration was held in July with more than 500 attendees, a major advznce in numbers from previous years. We have also provlded tralning sessionsfor agencies to help them explore improving response5 to EDI wrthin their structures.
