The project is working with local residents to create much needed facilities for the community. A greenspace with woodlands, gardens, a wildlife pond plus seating and shelter. A playground equipped with wooden structures & exercise equipment for adults & children.

Objects: The Objects Of The CIO Are:1) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Combs, Little Finborough And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation For Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of The Life Of Said Inhabitant.2) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Public The Conservation Protection And Improvement Of The Physical And Natural Environment In, And Bordering, Oaks Meadow At Combs, Suffolk In Particular Through The Conservation Of Natural Resources And Natural Habitats, And The Improvement Of Wildlife Diversity.
