Membership of the club is open to boys and girls aged between 6 to 16 of all abilities, women over 40 years of age, and children aged 7-16 with a variety of disabilities residing in the Kettering locality.

The trustees oversee the project managers whom run the day to day running of the club. The managers seek the views of members and volunteers in deciding the activities to be run. These include school programs, after school activities, school holiday courses and weekly sessions.

There is a child protection policy in place. Criminal Records Bureau checks are carried out prior to commencement of employment or trusteeship and checks are carried out again in line with statutory requirements.

All trustees give their time voluntarily and received no remuneration or other benefit.

We are grateful for the many hours volunteers have spent listening and encouraging our members and working with the club’s children and adult members. Without this valuable contribution of time, energy and expertise we would not have been able to achieve so much. We work with other associations including The Football Association, The Football Foundation and other sport associations. We are grateful to the grants that have been awarded to us from the Football Foundation, Tesco, and Northamptonshire trusts such as the Burton Wold Trust.

Summary of the main 65 students went onto fulltime sports course. achievements of the charity 1200 children took part in community tournament. during the year 160 children involved in after school clubs. 423 children attended school holiday courses. 62 volunteer coaches with 4878 hours of coaching. 11 links to primary and secondary schools. Report to the trustees/ KETTERING TOWN FC COMMUNITY TRUST members of On accounts for the year 31/05/2021 Charity no 1192160 ended (if any) Set out on pages Pages 1 and 2 of accounts document. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/05/2021. Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that disclosed below *) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or
the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or
• the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
