Travel restrictlons, supply dlsruption and higher costs limited the Charis abillty to implement planned activTrties and constrained fundraising opportunitie& Notwithstandlng these challenges. the trustees maintained engagement with loc stakeholde, developed dellvery plans for sustainable Ilvelihood and welfare initiatives, and Strengthened governance arrangements as a newly fornied CIO.
