allowed, our volunteers and beneficiaries have been quick and eager to return to ‘normal activities’. We have managed to maintain a small steady income from events and to secure a Covid19 Business Assistance Grant to ensure our financial viability during the challenges of Covid. One trustee even won a prize in a national competition for her photograph of our creative efforts to run outdoor takeaway coffee mornings to continue to service our beneficiaries while operations were restricted by lockdown legislation. In summary, our biggest achievements this year have been continuing to provide a thriving hub for social cohesion during Covid19 when physical meetings were so restricted.
