During the perK)d, the charity secured income of £95,706 which comprised of restricted donations (£23,792) to purchase a propety for the activities of the charity. Additionally, a loan of £10.000 was secured for the future purchase of a property. During the period, the charity had expenditure of £3,917 and at the end of the period. the charity generated a surplus of £91.789 (excluding £10,000 in loans secured for the property purchase). The charity had restricted reserves of £23,792 and unrestricted reserves of £67,997. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 30/04/2022.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
