Additionally, a loan of £10.000 was secured for the future purchase of a property. During the period, the charity had expenditure of £3,917 and at the end of the period. the charity generated a surplus of £91.789 (excluding £10,000 in loans secured for the property purchase). The charity had restricted reserves of £23,792 and unrestricted reserves of £67,997.
