To relieve persons in Saltburn-by-the-Sea and the surrounding area that are in financial hardship in such ways that the trustees from time-to-time think fit but not exclusively by: a) providing Summary of the objects emergency food, essential toiletries and household items to of the charity set out in particular families in need and/or for distribution by charities or its governing document other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty b) such other means, including (but not limited to) the provision of support signposting to relevant information and other advisory services.
In shaping our objectives for the year and planning our activities, the trustees have considered the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit.
Since establishing the foodbank, we have provided 548 food parcels to 258 households supporting a total of 1378 individuals in and around Saltburn-by-the-Sea over the course of 2020-22.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
In 2020 we provided 132 food parcels to 72 households supporting a total of 367 individuals in and around Saltburn-bythe-Sea.
In 2021 we provided 155 food parcels to 64 households supporting a total of 398 individuals in and around Saltburn-bythe-Sea.
In 2022 we provided 258 food parcels to 122 households supporting a total of 613 individuals in and around Saltburn-bythe-Sea.
We are grateful to the support of our volunteers without whom we would not be able to provide assistance to our beneficiaries.
