There is a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 12 trustees elected to the Board at any one time. Financial Review The tharty's Irrne for the period 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023 was £104,506 (restricted £30,886 & unrestiicted £73,620). Total expenditu amounted to £96,049 (restritted £28,335 & unrestricted £67,714) resulting in a surplus of £8,457 for the year. The charity had unrestricted re*rves of £19,286 at 31st December 2023.
