The main a￿1VEtleS that took place within All Saints Etton was creating and performing productions and events for live audiences within the communty, providing a platfomi for all members to increase their experien arKI understanding of arts related activities whilst developing their personal, social, emotional and intellectual capacty. Increasing eTrJagement from communÉty memters who enjoy the theatre or whom are new to the theatre has also been our aim. Productions and events took place in several venues. including, The Met, Bury and All Saints House, Bury.. Participating in these productions and events are ac￿Ssible for all. These productions and events are advertised through many platforms to raise public interest and awareness. Productions that have taken place have been within the capacity of plays, musicals and cabaret style performances. All licensing rights for music and plays were obtained through our regular li¢enang companies, Music Theatre Intemational and Con¢ord Theatricals UK. Our members age group range from 18 to 77, viith each member being valued for their commitment to the Society. We have members who not only partake in fornian￿ bui who are given opportunities of stage craft such as writin9 plays, designing and creating sels, to designing and creating marketing and pUbli￿ty matenals. within the performing arts sector that culminates in end of term performances and a yearly production in professional venue. referen The main achievements of the Charrty have been to provide community members with an opportunity to partake in perfoming arts related events to live aUd￿n￿S throughout the borough of Bury. We have achieved our goal of increasing participation through increasing the opportunities that we have provided for our members, for example, we have moved from one musical production on a yearly basi5 to three productions a year. Two of these productions take the shape of plays, vthich provide a different platfomi of approach within the perfomiing arts sector. WFlhin the play section we have strived to provide opportuntti'es for those vtho have interests in the medium of ading through scrtpt and text. This has given members of the communty an increased opportunity to upskill themselves through the engagement of genre. style and language. It has also given the Gommunity an opporbjnrty to view theatre work that is a¢￿SSIble to them within their area of residence. therefore reduang their travel time and expenditure. We have also increased our awareness and uptake of those wishing to take a non- pefft)rnian￿ felated role by providing opportun"rties for backstage, wardrobe. sound. Itghting and set design. Through increased participation in all areas of our pr¢xluctions and events we have found that our member5 conknnue to feel valued at the opportunities we provide. With an increase in participation a noticeable increase has taken shape with the awareness and attendan￿ of our productions and events. Performing in a professional setting. The Met Bury has had a signfficant benefrt on our members understanding of context and content regarding production and has also gained Creden￿ from members of our community in resp￿￿ of our members commitment and contribution to our productions. In December 2023, we held our annual Christmas Concert at All Saints House, over a duration of two evenings, our members sang and acted thiough various festive songs and plays. One of our members was given an opportunity to showose their writing talents during this Gon￿rt, which was well re￿ived, on both evenings by a capacty audience of 40. In July 2024 we St￿ed our musical pri)duction of Beauty and the Beast the musical.at The Met in Bury Wrth a capacty of around 230 seats per evening we sold on average around 70% of tickets per evening. During October 2023 we performed the Blood Brothers play at All Saints House. Governance and Management Description of charity's trusts: All Saint's Etton Theatre Company is a amateur theatre company that provides opportunities for the community to take part in productions and events that are presented to audiences throughout the Bury area. The Theatre Company is a tharity registered with the Charity Commission. Trustees and members of the general committee along Wtth their communty members pay a yearly membership that contributes towards expenditure of production5 and events. The Society has three officials that act in accordance with the constitution of the Society. The three officials are Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The three officials are responsible for the operational aspect of the Society ttsetF and oversee all areas wtthin the Society that are then filtered down to the general committee. The officials and general committee hold meetings on a monthly basis vrtth minutes distributed in a timel fashion and actioned u on. The governing document is in line with and set out b the Cha Commission. The society holds their own constitution that is an unincorporated association. The ¢onstitution of the society is reviewed on a yeady basis and ratffied by members of the Tnjstees and eneral cDmmittee. The charty consists of three Trustee's that oversee the operational aspects of the Society. The three trustees are also members of the general committee of the Society. Trustees and general committee are in Offi￿ on a two-yeariy basis. Trustees and general committee can be elected through the Society's Annual General Meeting. REPORT TO THE TRUSTEES OF ALL SAINTS ELTON THEATRE COMPANY

In accordance with the requirements of the Charities Commission, I have reviewed the accounts of the All Saints Elton Theatre Company the year ended 30th September 2024 from the accounting records and from the information and explanations given to me.

It is the duty of the Trustees of All Saints Elton Theatre Company to ensure adequate accounting records are kept, and to prepare accounts that provide a true and fair view of the assets, liabilities financial position and result for the accounting year.

Whilst I have not carried out an audit of All Saints Elton Theatre Company, from my review these accounts appear to have been prepared in accordance with the accounting records of the society.
