Providing a safe environment for the local youngsters to take part in sport, namely boxing. Our volunteer coaches all have enhanced DBS checks and have attained coaching qualifications through England Boxing which our club is affiliated to. Our members are encouraged to progress to inter Club sparring sessions and to represent the club in Gompetition if they wish. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit) As well as coaching we provide a wide range of filness activities to help with the overall fitness of our youngsters. The feedback we have from parents is all very positive regarding the fitness and growing confidence of and attitudes of the youngsters. We ensure our gym is a safe and very friendly place and a¢tively encourage interaction with each other and all the coaching and volunteers. Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achievements of the charity during the year The Club relocated during September 2024 to newer premises wilh reduction in rent. Training has been adjusted as follows.. Juniors (to age 121131 Monday & Wednesdays 5pm to 6pm Seniors (12113 +) Monday & Wednesday Evenings 6.30pm to 8pm Additional sessions for carded boxers on Friday's 6.30pm lo 8pm The club has also seen growth in numbers and strong relenlion, with many now having moved to a monthly rolling membership basis rather than pa5 as you go. There has been an increase in cardedlcompetilive boxers to circa around 10 ahead ofthe upcoming season, many of whom are looking to also oiiipele iii box Gup arid nalivri<il Ghampion5hip5, which is inspiring to other members. We have regular sparring sessions with other local clubs which our youngsters really look forward to. TAR
