Activities
For the public benefit the advancement of education of persons under the age of 25 years with special educational needs by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities and services to meet their educational, developmental and social welfare needs so that they can achieve their full potential.
Objects: The Charity's Objects ('Objects') Are Specifically Restricted To The Following: (1) For The Public Benefit The Advancement Of Education Of Persons Under The Age Of 26 Years With Special Educational Needs By Providing And Assisting In The Provision Of Facilities And Services To Meet Their Educational, Developmental And Social Welfare Needs So That They Can Achieve Their Full Potential; And(2) For The Public Benefit The Promotion Of Any Other Exclusively Charitable Objects And Purposes Such As The Directors Think Fit. Nothing In These Articles Shall Authorise An Application Of The Property Of The Charity For Purposes Which Are Not Charitable In Accordance With Section 7 Of The Charities And Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 And/or Section 2 Of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
