THE FRIENDS OF PORTFIELD SCHOOL TRUSTEES REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2024 Ob-ectives and Activitiès Th¢ objgctive of the CIO is lo advance the education of the pupils of Portfield School, Haverfordwest (Pembrokeshirel, by providing and assisting the PTovision of facilities for education al the school. Achigvernents and Performance Throughout the period. the Friends contsnued to support the S¢hool 8nd ils students. We took part in School fundraising 8vents viz the Christmas Fayre and the 5umrner Fund Day. We ran a raffle 81 each event and. throughout June, spent all our waekends Selling raffle b'ckets. BebMè8n the two raffles we raised over £5.000 which was spent on prowding special orthopaedic'zuma Challs" and Go Karts for our MO rnobile students. We also covered the cost of Leavers.
