Ob-ectives and Activitiès
Th¢ objgctive of the CIO is lo advance the education of the pupils of Portfield School, Haverfordwest
(Pembrokeshirel, by providing and assisting the PTovision of facilities for education al the school.
Achigvernents and Performance
Throughout the period. the Friends contsnued to support the S¢hool 8nd ils students.
We took part in School fundraising 8vents viz the Christmas Fayre and the 5umrner Fund Day. We ran a raffle 81
each event and. throughout June, spent all our waekends Selling raffle b'ckets.
BebMè8n the two raffles we raised over £5.000 which was spent on prowding special orthopaedic'zuma Challs" and
Go Karts for our MO￿ rnobile students.
We also covered the cost of Leavers. Hoodies and a trip to the Pantomime al Christmas.

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. Th8 Charitys Iruslees consider that an
audit Is not required for this year (under section 144121 of the Charities Act 20111 and that an indopendent
exarninalion is needed.
I report in rgspe¢t of my examinab.on of the Charitys accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in
carrying oul my examination I have followed all applicable directions given by the Charity Commission under seciion
14515llbl of th8 Act.

I have cornpleted my examination. I confim that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with
