Boe, Theresa, Heidi, Summer, Billy, Rosie and Alice Alice currently in isolation due to laminitis and abscess, had xray and blood test done costing charity £1300.00

Louise has come back but has since replaced Pauline

May have loaner for Pauline

Del boy is on loan

Champ and Boycee looked after by Lesley and volunteers, funded by Tak Ginger, Hope, Theresa returned but Ginger and Hope have both been rehomed Potter (Victor), Milo (Alan) both returned of loan but both have been rehomes

5. Overview

Field treated and re-grassed by Carl Pass – all kindly donated Managed to build a new field shelter that allows a minimum of 5 horses Plus barn- kindly constructed by Peter Harris and Harris Quarries All this has been done between April and October 2024

Last October blind Billy stable and paddock was built

6. Shop and fund raising

Currently shop cost £250.00 a month, holding its own, plus paid rent until January 2025

Table top sales

Lesley Wheatcroft, Nina Hollingsworth and Rebecca May kindly selling rugs and equine items all to boost funds Raffle raise amount £500.00 Monthly lottery raises £200.00

Last years 2023 Sales = £30.612 incoming Cost of sales = £23.921 Profit= £6.691

This years 2024 Sales = £30.018 incoming Cost of sales = £ 28.853 Profit = £1.165

8. Plan for the next 12 Months

Rehome- Theresa, boycee, champ, Pauline and ? the 4 at heart hill ? build a new field shelter in the big field Repair fencing that maybe damaged Possibly another poo pile half way down main paddock Do lots of fund raising events and keep a float

Note about volunteers

We are very lucky to have the volunteers we have this year, age range from 14 to 80, with a view to take on some volunteers with additional needs Without the dedication of the volunteers and customers at Tak we could not survive
