This year the charity has provided health and fitness programs for rugby teams to undertake. This has been facilitated by the existing coaching/club structure and delivered online via email.

Despite the restrictions of Covid-19 the charity has continued to operate around the world. This has been facilitated by the fact that we operate entirely online.
For example, we have provided fitness training programs for womens rugby teams in Samoa and Tonga.
