Financial Review

The overall aim of ROODEL’s financial strategy is to maintain a sound financial base to support the resourcing of the organization and deliver its mission. Specifically, the aim is to maintain long-term financial viability in order to achieve the objectives in the Strategic Plan. The overarching financial objectives were approved by the Board in May 2020. The Board approved changes to the method of calculation in March 2021 to ensure improved focus on key measures and achieve consistency between the performance reported in the Trustees Annual Report and internal reporting to the Board.
